NDPR 2018 Drilling Campaign: Ogbele Well-10 spudded

As part of its fourth round of Ogbele Field Development Drilling Campaign, Niger Delta Petroleum Resources Ltd (NDPR), commenced the drilling of a 3 Well campaign in the Ogbele Field. This will include further the drilling and completion of one (1) new Well in Omerelu Field.
The first well in the series, Ogbele-10, was spudded on the 18th of March 2018 and as at date has reached the programe Total Depth of the Pilot hole at 11,140 ft. It is programed as a horizontal completion on the D8.0 reservoir and projected to add an initial oil rate of 3000bld.
Next in sequence is Ogbele 1ex-B (Ogbele-11), also a horizontal completion but on the D7.0 reservoir. The well is planned to drill to a total depth of 14,500 ftss with an expected further oil rate of 3000 bld.
The third Well planned for drilling is Ogbele 1Strk1 (Ogbele -12) a vertical Well, with dual completions on the E6 and G3 reservoirs respectively. It is projected to drill to a total depth of 13,400 ftss and expected to contribute initial production rates of 1500 bbl/d and 25 MMScf/d respectively.
The 1st Well to be drilled by NDPR in Omerelu is programmed for Location A as a deviated appraisal Well with a two string dual completion planned on the A2 and A7 reservoirs respectively. Initial oil rates of circa 2000 bbls/d is expected.
