As part of its commitment to support by active participation in the local oil & gas industry, Niger Delta Petroleum Resources Ltd (NDPR) supported the NAPE 2019 Annual International Conference and Exhibition by exhibiting, sponsorship of students from Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) and jointly sponsoring the NAPE 2019 Pre- Conference Workshop, with NDEP’s affiliate Company, ND Western Ltd.
The theme of the conference was Expanding Nigeria’s Petroleum Landscape: Digitilzation, Innovations and Emerging New Technologies. During the 4 day exhibition, NDPR showcased it’s technical expertise, and demonstrated its use of New Technologies within its operations.
The Refinery Expansion project and NDPR’s Gas Processing Plant were key highlights for visitors to the NDPR booth, demonstrating NDPR’s willingness to innovate and invest in its facilities. NDPR also highlighted its unique CSR credentials, with a focus on activities of the Host Community Development and Environment Trust and its work on Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), with a mental Health awareness presentation.
The exhibition also facilitated knowledge sharing, with NDPR staff conducting learning sessions and quizzes for students and young professionals attending NAPE annual conference. NDPR Ltd, in conjunction with NDWestern, sponsored the NAPE 2019 Pre Conference Workshop, on Emerging Technologies and the Nigerian Oil and Gas Sector: Global Trends and Regional Peculiarities.
