Niger Delta Petroleum Resources Ltd (NDPR) was among the 12 highest scoring companies in the Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI) industry ranking table, with a score of 100%.
In a recent statement by NEITI, examining the on-going Independent Audit of the Oil and Gas Industry covering 2015, NDPR was listed among 12 companies that scored 100 per cent compliance. All high scoring companies were commended by Mr. Waziri Adio, Executive Secretary of NEITI.
The 12 highest scoring Companies are Chevron Nigeria Ltd, Consolidated, Continental, Eroton, Esso Exploration and Production Nigeria (Erha) EEPNL, Esso Exploration and Production Nigeria (Offshore East) EEPN (OE), Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited and Niger Delta Petroleum Resources.
The criteria for the compliance ranking focused mainly on two major critical areas in the NEITI audit value chain. These are timeliness and completeness in submission of information and data requested by NEITI in the audit templates.
