On the 3rd of March 2016, Dr Fatona gave a career talk in the Department of Geology, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-ife. As Dr Fatona’s session ended, he presented the Head of the Department with a mini SONY VIAO Laptop, to be given to whoever graduated top of the 2015/2016 Professional Masters class.

Little did he know that the prize would be won so close to home. Adewunmi is currently a Geoscientist at NDPR, a role she resumed shortly after her graduation.
