Our Board

  • Mr. Ladi Jadesimi – Chairman

    A former partner of Arthur Anderson in Nigeria, Mr Jadesimi is a graduate of Oxford University (Jurisprudence, 1966) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, England and Wales. A Chartered Accountant, with over 15 years of active practice, he took early retirement from practice to engage in private practice, primarily in banking, oil and gas and real estate.

  • Mr. ‘Gbite Falade – Managing Director/CEO

    Mr. ‘Gbite Falade is a First Class (B.S.c) graduate (1995) of Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Ibadan, he also holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, Coventry, in the United Kingdom. Mr. Falade has in the past 14 years served in various Senior Executive positions in the Oil & Gas, Power and Services sectors, with responsibilities for Engineering, Operations, Project Execution, Commercial, Client & Stakeholder Management, Strategy and Enterprise Development.

    He was previously the Managing Director and Group Chief Operating Officer at Oilserv Group of Companies based in Port Harcourt. Prior to that, he had served variously as General Manager, Portfolio Development and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Oando Energy Resources as well as Executive Director, Oando Gas & Power. He was also the Petroleum Economics Discipline & Portfolio Lead for Shell EP, Africa.

  • Mr. Adegbola Adesina – CFO

    Mr. Adesina is a first-class honours Bachelor’s Degree holder from the University of Lagos (2002) and also holds an Executive MBA (2019) from the INSEAD Business School. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) as well as a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Adesina has over 18 years of professional experience spanning Investment Banking, Financial Transaction Advisory, Audit, Project, and Management Accounting over a diverse range of businesses including private equity, energy and infrastructure, oilfield services, banking, and manufacturing.

    Prior to joining NDEP, Mr Adesina was the Chief Finance Officer at Greenville Oil & Gas from 2015 to 2017, where he helped set up the Finance function and led their Commercial and Financing initiatives. He was until his current appointment, the Head of Corporate Finance and Development at Newcross Exploration and Production Limited.

  • Mr. Osten A.O. Olorunsola – Director

    Mr. Osten graduated with an Honours degree in Geology from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria and is a skilled Petroleum Engineer. After working at Agip-ENI, Mr Osten then joined SPDC Limited as Production Geologist, and subsequently served in several positions, including Lead Geologist, Petroleum & Development Engineering Manager for SNEPCO, Business Interface Manager (BIM), before retiring as Vice President (Gas). Mr Osten then served the nation as Director, DPR, drawing from his experience as adviser to two Ministers of Petroleum Resources. Mr. Osten is currently Chairman and Chief Executive of both Capital One Energy Ltd and Energetikos Ltd.

    Mr. Thierry Georger – Director

    Mr. Thierry Georger With over 25 years’ experience in oil trading and oil industry finance, Mr. Thierry Georger is a graduate of the University of Geneva with a Master’s degree in Commercial and Industrial Science. He began his career with Elf Trading SA where he spent 6 years in the Department of crude oil and refined products trading operations before joining Petrolin Group in April 1995 to assume management of the Trading Department.

  • Mr. Osayande Ede –  Director

    Mr. Ede is a Capital Market Specialist with over 30 years of experience in Banking and Finance. He has served in key areas of finance, including governance, financial analysis, risk management, banking operations and regulatory Compliance. He is also the former Bank Treasurer and Chief Accountant at Pricewaterhouse Coopers Nigeria. An Economics graduate of University of Benin and a holder of MBA from the University of Lagos. He is currently a Director of LAPO Microfinance Bank Limited and GSCL Consulting, formerly known as Global Strategic Research Outcome Limited.

  • Mr. Afolabi Oladele – Director

    Mr Oladele joined the NDEP Plc Board as Director in 2016 and is an Executive Partner at African Capital Alliance (ACA). Prior to joining ACA in 1999, Mr Oladele attained 24 years of meritorious service in the oil and gas industry. Most of his career was spent with the industry regulator, the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) where he served in various capacities culminating in his appointment as Group Executive Director. He gained in-depth industry knowledge through various postings to OPEC, Mobil USA and Total France and is a current Board Member of Addax Petroleum Corporation. Mr Oladele is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and the Nigerian Academy of Engineers. He holds a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering and post-graduate certificates in petroleum economics and management.

  • Mr. Gbenga Adetoro –  Director

    Mr. Adetoro is an investment executive with over 20 years’ experience in evaluating businesses, structuring investments and raising capital with a focus on West Africa. He started his career in the Audit & Business Advisory unit at Arthur Andersen (now KPMG Professional Services). In 2008, he joined African Capital Alliance (ACA), where he is an Executive Partner in the ACA investment team and leads the firm’s energy investments. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of ACA’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining ACA, Mr. Adetoro was a Manager in the Global Energy & Natural Resources practice at Accenture, where he worked with International Oil Companies and power utilities to improve operational performance and realize value. He holds a BSc in Electronic/Electrical Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria.

  • Ms. Simon Hart – Non Executive Director

    Ms. Simon Hart has a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) from Harvard, Kennedy School of Government, a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics/Computer Science & Statistics, from the University of Port Harcourt, and is an alumnus of London Business School. &

    Ms. Simon-Hart brings over 30 years of experience in Management, Public Policy and Administration to the NDEP Board and has a varied career spanning oil and gas, ICT and also public service. She is the founder and Managing Director of Aftrac Limited, an ISO 9001:2015 certified oil and gas service company that has been in operation for over 20 years. She is also the Secretary to the Board of the Petroleum Technology Association of Nigeria (PETAN), a Council member for WEConnect International, and a member of the Nigerian Content Development & Monitoring Board’s (NCDMB’s) Nigerian Content Consultative Forum (NCCF) for Women.

Management Staff

  • Titi-Omisore
    Ms. Titi Omisore - Company Secretary and Group Legal Adviser

    Ms. Titi Omisore graduated with a BA (Political Science), and an LLB from the University of Illinois, Champaign Urbana, and the University of Buckingham respectively. Thereafter, she obtained her BL from the Nigerian Law School. She started her working career with Strachan Partners in 1993. In 1999, she attended the Kings College, University of London where she obtained a Masters degree in Tax Law.

    Ms. Omisore returned to Strachan Partners where she was made a Partner, before joining NDEP as the Company Secretary and Legal Adviser, in 2001.

  • Ebenezer-Ageh
    Mr. Ebenezer Ageh - Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

    Dr. Ageh has over 27 years’ experience in the oil and gas business. His career spans technical, managerial, and senior executive positions with international oil company and major independent oil companies in Africa, Europe and the United States.

    Dr. Ageh has, in the past 10 years, served in various Senior Executive positions in the Oil & Gas industry, with responsibilities for providing the leadership and strategic vision necessary to achieve operational excellence, cost efficiency, asset integrity, and delivering on production objectives in a safe, sustainable and environmentally friendly manner. His training enables him to drive business transformation through effective change management.
    Dr. Ageh has been involved in deepwater and onshore field development operations and optimization, with proven exceptional performance records. He is an expert in oil field start-ups, building assets from the ground level, and transforming non-performing assets into highly profitable ventures. He is a Shell certified Smart field global consultant and a LEAN practitioner.

    Prior to joining NDPR, Dr. Ageh was previously the Chief Operating Officer at First Hydrocarbon Nigeria Limited where he led the OML26 Asset Management Team. Prior to that, he had served variously as Discipline Principal-Production Technology for Shell in Sub-Saharan Africa region, and as Production Engineering Manager for Gulf of Mexico (GOM) Assets of Hess Corporation in the United States. He was also the Production Engineering Lead on the OML 118 Bonga Project responsible for the stellar performance in the start-up and ramp up phase of the project achieving 250kbopd in 76 days.

    Dr. Ageh started his career in 1994 as a lecturer in Chemical Engineering at the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, He holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering (with specialization in Process Engineering) and a Ph.D. in Leadership from the Dallas Baptist University, Texas USA. He attended the Senior Executive Program at Harvard Business School, Breakthrough Program for Senior Executives at the IMD Business School Lausanne Switzerland, and Strategic Management for Directors and Senior Managers at the London Management Centre. He is a COREN Registered Engineer and a professional member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers as well as a member of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers.

  • Temitayo-Ogunbanjo
    Mr Temitayo Ogunbanjo - GM Refinery

    Mr. Ogunbanjo, the General Manager, Refinery, has over 20 years of experience in the downstream sector with core competencies in General Management, Strategy & Execution, Operations & Supply Chain. He has served in various capacities such as Managing Director, Integrated Oil & Gas Limited, Chief Marketing Officer, Oando Supply & Trading and Head, Energy Investments, Ocean & Oil Holdings.

    He holds an MBA from the Cardiff Business School, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University. He attended the Senior Executive Program at Harvard Business School. He is a professional member of the Institute of Directors (IOD) Nigeria, Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG) and the Energy Institute UK.

  • Femi-Olaniyan
    Femi Olaniyan - GM Projects & Engineering

    Mr. Olaniyan has over 20 years of diverse experience in the Oil & Gas Industry and began his career in the industry when he joined NDPR Ltd as a Field/Petroleum Engineer in 2001.

    Mr. Olaniyan worked with a team of Petroleum Engineers in planning the Ogbele Field Development activities for the development of the first marginal oil field in Nigeria. He later led the surface engineering works for the development of the Ogbele Field and his responsibilities included coordinating activities such as land acquisitions and various construction works, leading to the installation and commissioning of oil and gas facilities. In the past decade, Mr. Olaniyan has led and driven the execution of major Facility developments, including the 100MMSfcd Gas Processing Plant and the 11,000bpd Refinery Expansion.

    Mr. Olaniyan obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger State in 1998.

  • Olarewaju-Daramola
    Olarewaju Daramola – GM Commercial

    Mr. Daramola has 30 years of extensive international Oil and Gas work experience in Nigeria, Australia, and the Netherlands, in senior roles within Operated and Non-Operated Joint Ventures. He has vast expertise, proven leadership, and hands-on managerial expertise across Commercial (Operated Assets, Opportunity Maturation, Contracts/Agreements, Acquisition and Divestment Deals), Government Relations, Information Management and Technology.

    Prior to his appointment at NDEP, Mr. Daramola served as the Gas Planning and Optimization Manager for Shell Nigeria. While at Shell, Mr. Daramola was responsible for the country gas strategy development and implementation, business planning, and gas advocacy. He also served as the Non-Operated Venture Manager, where he oversaw the governance of non-operated ventures, marginal fields management, divestment transactions, and commercial agreements.

    Mr. Daramola holds a First-Class Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University. He also holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Lagos and an MBA from Rushmore University (Online).

  • Oshio-Adams
    Oshiorenua Adams - Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Manager

    Ms. Adams has over 22 years’ experience managing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) across the Banking, Telecommunication and Oil & Gas Industries. Over the years Ms. Adams has held senior positions where she used technology to enhance the business processes of organizations.

    Ms. Adams has a BSc In Computing from Richmond College, The American International University, London and an MSc in Information Systems from Brunel University, London.

  • Sola-Olugbemiga
    Sola Olugbemiga - GM Petroleum Engineering & Subsurface

    Mr. Olugbemiga has over 20 years’ experience in Petroleum Engineering, Subsurface interpretation, Reserves Management, and Geological and Geophysical Studies. Mr Olugbemiga has overseen teams that earmarked projects to assure value for Odidi production node where Shell Nigeria’s first Associated Gas Gathering system was built and while at NDPR Ltd has been responsible for increased hydrocarbon reserves and production at NDPR’s Flagship asset, Ogbele Field.

    He commenced his career at Shell Nigeria in 1988 and served as a Seismic Interpreter in the Exploration and Production Study Team. While at Shell, Mr Olugbemiga also worked as a Community Liaison Officer, and later a Production Geologist and a Realize the Limit (RtL) Program Facilitator.

    Mr. Olugbemiga holds a B.Sc degree (1986) in Geology from the University of Ibadan.

  • Tunde-Odeyemi
    Tunde Odeyemi - GM Sub Saharan Opportunities

    Mr. Odeyemi has over 16 years of experience in the Energy sector, with a focus on Renewable Energy, Exploration & Production, Well Engineering and Well Completions.

    Mr. Odeyemi started his career as a management consultant with Accenture, responsible for advancing the Renewable Energy Division of NNPC as part of Project Pace, before moving to SPDC in the Well Engineering Department in both Warri and Port Harcourt, with an emphasis on well completions. Mr. Odeyemi joined NDPR in 2014 as an Engineering and Well Completion Team Lead and as part of NDPR’s Sub Saharan Expansion, he moved to South Sudan in April 2015 to head Nile Delta Petroleum Company Limited, a joint venture with the South Sudan national oil and gas company, Nile Petroleum Corporation (Nilepet), concentrating on crude oil optimisation and gas utilization and monetization.

    Mr Odeyemi holds a First-Class B.Eng Chemical Engineering (with Process Control) from the University of Bradford, UK. He also holds an M.Eng (with Distinction) and MSc degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bradford, UK and Georgia Institute of Technology, USA, respectively.
